About the Treasurer
Ed Leonard, the 41st Treasurer of Franklin County, brings to the office a wealth of practical and educational experiences. The goals of the Treasurer are to transform the office into an efficient, well-run operation that aggressively protects the interests of every law-abiding taxpayer through the use of innovative techniques to collect tax revenues for our schools and by safely maximizing the investment return on county funds.
